Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
Blend dry ingredients, make well in center, add wet ingredients; stir just to mix, pour in greased 8x8 square pan, bake 20-25 minutes, remove from oven, with a stick of butter run it over the top of the cake so it melts soaking the cake (usually takes 3T or so) sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon. Simply scrumptious!
